What We’ve Been Brewing: The DraftPerfect War Room

E-mail Print PDF
The DraftPerfect War Room.

Last week Steve Jobs announced the launch of the Apple iPad (which in my opinion is an over-glorified e-reader), so in similar fashion I’m going to use a whole article to discuss one of DraftPerfect’s highly anticipated, upcoming products: The DraftPerfect War Room.  However, unlike the Steve Jobs discussing the iPad with a somewhat confused and disappointed look on his face, I can honestly say the War Room is going to change the lives of all fantasy sports players, including myself, as it will take the guesswork out of drafting.  How you ask?  Keep reading.

Bargain Hunting: Franklin Gutierrez

Franklin GutierrezSo Matt Kemp is clearly a Lamborghini in the fantasy baseball world. He's a top-10 talent, plays in Southern California, he's approaching the prime of his career and he even dates Rihanna. Of course, in order to park Matt Kemp in your fantasy garage you have to pay Lambo-money. Kemp is expected to go in the top 10 or even 5 in fantasy drafts, meaning he's an expensive commodity. My roster in week 16? Drew Brees, Calvin Johnson, Hines Ward, Chris Chambers, Thomas Jones, Jason Snelling, Dallas Clark, and Jerome Harrison. That lineup would be funny if I hadn’t won the championship with it. But hey, that’s the nature of fantasy football right? The draft is half the battle, making the right waiver moves and starts each week is the other half.

Ben Sheets
